JavaScript i CRM 2011
En av de store endringene fra CRM 4.0 til CRM 2011 er at JavaScript objektmodellen er endret. Jeg har her samlet en rekke nyttige funksjoner til egen og andres nytte.

Min erfaring med denne er at den har for mange begrensninger for å være nyttig.
The road to a consolidated “Information Architecture”

Information Architecture
Before jumping into evaluating technology and functionality it is essential that one has a good understanding of the business requirements the organization has with regards to implementing new information management tools.
The best way to approach this is to build a high level “Information Architecture” for the organization. This can be done by breaking up the huge area of Information Management into smaller units that each
- Cover an independent functional area.
- Has relationship to other functional units in order to provide a consistent and integrated solution.
A company’s “Information Architecture” is then build by defining the high level business requirements within each functional unit, and guidelines on dependencies between units.
A framework for building a company unique “Information Architecture” can look like this:

Lync for Mac 2011 RTM
I dag er Lync for Mac 2011 sluppet til produksjon (Released to Manufacturing)! Fra oktober vil kunder med Office for Mac 2011 Volume Licensing SKU kunne ta i bruk Lync funksjonalitet som tidligere var forbeholdt Windows klienter.
Fra Lync ble lansert i november 2010 har Mac brukere måtte benytte en eldre Communicator for Mac klient som har hatt enkelte mangler i forhold til Lync klienten. Men nå med Lync for Mac vil klienten blant annet støtte utvidede kontaktkort, Enterprise Voice og ikke minst bedre konferansestøtte for å opprette, administrere og delta i møter. Blant annet vil Lync for Mac 2011 støtte lobby funksjonalitet. Outlook for Mac får også muligheten til å opprette og schedulere online møter.
Med Lync Mobile klient for Windows Phone 7 noen uker unna, og iPhone klient skal ikke være veldig langt unna, så lover det å bli en spennende høst for oss Lyncere!
